At Haryali, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below to understand your options.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or find items missing, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, typically with an exchange or by shipping the missing parts.
Partial Deliveries
If your order arrives with some products missing, please contact us at care@haryali.co.in with your order details and a list of the missing item(s). We will ship them to you promptly. Returns or refunds are not accepted for incomplete orders unless Haryali is explicitly unable to fulfill the missing items, in which case a refund for those items will be issued.
Returns and Exchanges
To preserve the freshness and quality of our products, we generally do not allow returns or exchanges for products that are not damaged or incorrect. However, if you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, we offer a 24-hour return policy from the moment of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached (if any). You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@haryali.co.in. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for our logistics partner to pick up the product from your address. Please do not send anything back to us without first obtaining a return authorization.

Live Plants: We celebrate the uniqueness of nature! Please understand that live plants are living organisms, and no two are exactly alike. The product you receive will be a healthy specimen but may vary from the website images in the number, size, and shape of branches, leaves, or flowers. These natural variations are not covered under our return, refund, or exchange policy.

Customized Products: All products made to order (customized) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delayed Deliveries
We strive to deliver all orders by the next day (or within the timeframe indicated at checkout). Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will proactively contact you with an update. We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to delays unless the order is from our "Gifting Category."
Customer Unavailability
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery executive will contact you to arrange a safe drop-off or schedule another time. We offer one free re-delivery attempt. A second attempt may be made in exceptional scenarios. If the goods remain undelivered after two attempts, they will be returned to our facility. Any further delivery attempts will be subject to an additional charge.
Refunds
We issue refunds only in certain situations:

If your payment was deducted twice for the same order.

If you placed a duplicate order and requested cancellation on the same day.

If we are unable to fulfill your original order.

If we are unable to fulfill an exchange for an eligible product.

Once we have received and approved your returned item.
After we receive your request (and inspect the returned goods, if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Third-Party Terms
Haryali acts as a platform for third-party sellers in some cases. We are not responsible for the refund or return policies of these independent sellers. Haryali provides the platform for transaction and communication but does not guarantee or warrant products sold by third parties. In the event of a loss of communication with a third-party seller, Haryali is not responsible for fulfilling the contract between the customer and the seller.
Disputes
In case of any disputes arising from the interpretation of this policy or otherwise, the decision made by Haryali shall be final and binding.
